We also confirm the validity of our issued certificates upon request from third parties.

Continuing Education Units

We award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the completion of our online courses. We award CEUs to provide a record of your completion of the course. You should be advised that any organization/entity has the right to accept or reject HERO Learning Institute certificates and CEUs.

Secure Credit Card Purchases

If you use a credit card to purchase any of our fee-based services, the credit card number is encrypted and passed through to the credit card company using a secure connection. Your credit card number is not kept or recorded by Hero Learning Institute, LLC.

Refund Policy

Once you have been granted access to a course, you may not cancel or seek a refund. However, at our sole discretion, and on a case-by-case basis only, you may be granted an exchange or substitution.

In the event of non-payment, a disputed payment, a charge back, etc., we reserve the right to cancel your access to, or to revoke any certificates that may have been issued for, any course at issue.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Hero Learning Institute, LLC, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation or alleged violation of these Terms or use of the Website.
